Mario's Tennis becomes the first Virtual Boy recompilation target and tests a framework without a public disassembly to follow.
Virtual Boy offered a compact but less-traveled target for applying lessons from the earlier recompilers. Mario's Tennis became its first game, brought up without the public disassembly or established scaffolding available to some better-known systems.
The project remains narrow, but it demonstrated that the approach could move into a new architecture and produce a playable result. In the Toolkit, it belongs as an early proof point rather than a mature platform promise.
